We have built our 5 seaside cottages with your every need and comfort in mind.

Whether you plan to spend one night or one month with us,

Please Note: During June 15th - September 15th, there is a minimum 2 night stay requirement in effect.

  • Check-In: 3pm- 9pm ....Late arrivals must be pre-arranged.


  • Check-out: 11 am

  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted & required for reservations.

  • Sorry, We do not accept pets of any kind- there is a friendly dog (Ginger) on the premises.

  • All cottages are Non-Smoking. A $150.00 cleaning charge will apply if this policy is not respected.

  • Smoking is permitted outside/ on cottage decks.

    • Our Cancellation Policy:

    A minimum deposit of 25% of your stay is required to reserve your cottage.
    Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit less the noted cancellation fee:

    1-2 Night stay.......................more than 7 days advance notice/ $25.00 cancellation fee.
    ..............................7 days- more than 48 hours advance notice/ entire deposit forfeited
    ..............................48 hours or less advance notice/ full stay charged.

    3 - 6 Night stay..................more than 14 Days advance notice/ 10% cancellation fee (of stay total).
    ..............................14 days - more than 5 days/ entire deposit forfeited.
    .............................. 5 days or less, advance notice/ full stay charged.

    7 Night stay or more..........more than 30 Days, advance notice/ 10% cancellation fee (of stay total).
    ..............................30 days - more than 14 days/ 50% deposit refunded.
    .............................. 14 days- more than 7 days / entire deposit forfeited.
    ..............................7 days or less, advance notice/ full stay charged.

    We accept Visa, Amex, travelers cheques, and cash.
    Rates include fully prepared cottages & all linens.
